The stylists here work hard and take time with each client to make you look and feel great. I’m usually a walk-in in the mornings and leave feeling refreshed and confident in my appearance. My only issue ever was checking in (In-store) and it not showing up on the big screen. This issue was corrected and got on with my appointments. Thank you ladies!

I've been coming here for nearly 6 years to get my hair cut. I've always had a good experience. Until now. Two weeks ago I checked in online and chose my stylist. I arrived at the recommended arrival time and sat in the lobby. My wait time was "on deck". My stylist came out, looked at the computer, and then took a walk-in. I chalked it up to an honest mistake and noticed that my time had added 20 minutes or something like that. I waited the 20 minutes and it went to "on deck" again, and then changed to 30 minutes. I asked someone why the time went up again and she said the stylist had left for lunch. Another stylist took care of me. I was not apologized to. Today I decided to give it another try, I checked in online, picked my stylist, and arrived at the recommended time. On the screen it said I was "on deck". I left a half hour later without ever having been greeted and still being "on deck". Walk-ins who arrived after me were being helped as I waited.

I have been coming to this place for about 5 yrs now and they almost always do a good job. Sometimes I get a stylist who doesn't do so well, but it's not horrible. On August 11, 2020, I wanted to get my haircut. Now I had just had it cut one month earlier, without a mask. I was told that now I had to wear a mask. I may still go back someday, but in the meantime, I have found another place that did not require masks, and I will be going there until this pandemic b.s. is over. And I may just stop going to Sports Clips. I will be writing the corporate office because I know it is not the fault of anyone at this Sports Clips location. So keep going to a good haircut, but the politics of the corporate office is not something that I can support.
